Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@iloveyouhoodie.com within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Once reviewed, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
