We partner with Printful to produce and ship your hoodie on demand from facilities located around the world. Because of this, shipping time and rates vary by location.
How it works
- Orders are printed and fulfilled near you when possible to help shorten transit times.
- Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on your address.
- Once an order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs & Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. If your order arrives and something is wrong — like a manufacturing defect, damage, or the wrong item — we’ve got you covered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:
- Contact us at hello@iloveyouhoodie.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
- We’ll review your claim with Printful and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to the fulfillment center due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, Printful may hold it at no cost for a limited time. In that case:
- We’ll notify you
- Confirm your address
- Let you know the cost to reship (if applicable)
Important Notes
- Sizing help: Because we can’t accept returns for fit issues, please check the sizing charts on the product pages before ordering.
- No refunds for buyer’s remorse: We can only issue refunds when Printful confirms a quality or fulfillment issue — not for buyer preference.
