What is the return policy?
Because each hoodie is made to order, we don’t accept returns for sizing, color choice, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
When will I get my order?
Each hoodie is embroidered after you place your order so production and delivery can take up to two weeks.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore.
Through our fulfillment partner, orders are produced and shipped from the nearest available facility. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Tracking is provided once shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. We do offer free shipping on orders over $150!
